Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Logistics Partner:
We have tie-up with all leading logistics partners viz Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, UPS, Aramex. The carrier is chosen basis the availability, pricing and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments).

For International shipments, the shipping will be free. Enjoy free shipping worldwide from Rupika Store. Usually we despatch order within 3 working days after payment confirmation and delivers world wide within 15-18 days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, RUPIKA STORE will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.)
